HOKA Speedgoat 7 Wide – The icon, reimagined and improved

Speedgoat 7 has had a major update – and we dare say this is the best version yet of the trail-running icon.

New midsole with even more energy

The biggest update is in the midsole. For the first time, Speedgoat features SCF-EVA (supercritical foam EVA), delivering an even more responsive, energetic running experience. The familiar, generous cushioning is still here, of course – now with a lighter, livelier and bouncier foam that makes every step more comfortable and efficient.

Updated upper for better comfort and durability

The upper is completely new and made from a more durable, comfortable material. The fit is just as reliable and secure as before, with improved comfort across the entire foot. The updated heel counter also provides increased stability and a more secure foothold on technical terrain.

Vibram® Megagrip – grip you can trust

The outsole features 5 mm Vibram® Megagrip lugs in an optimized pattern that delivers maximum grip on trails, gravel and slippery surfaces. The result is a secure, stable feel that lets you run with confidence, even when the terrain gets challenging.

For all types of trail running

The Speedgoat series continues to deliver across the board for trail running. Whether you're running short or long distances, at an easy or fast pace, on technical trails or wide gravel roads, the Speedgoat 7 is a reliable choice.
