Bondi has long been a favorite among runners looking for a cushioned shoe, and many say it has helped them return to running despite knee or hip problems. The new version takes everything that made Bondi so popular and refines it further for an even better experience.

Midsole
Here you'll find the first change, with Super Critically foamed EVA making its debut. This new foam delivers the perfect combination of soft cushioning and energetic responsiveness, making the Bondi 9 feel both gentle and lively underfoot. The stack height has also increased by 2 mm, enhancing the already impressive comfort.
Upper
A completely new design with a well-padded tongue and a stable heel counter that provides a secure feel around the foot. Active Foot Frame technology contributes to greater stability and security, so you can feel confident with every step.
Outsole
Made from durable rubber that can handle asphalt, treadmills and fine gravel paths. Bondi 9 also features an updated silhouette that combines functionality with a sleek design – perhaps the best-looking version yet.

Hoka size chart
Hoka shoes generally run a little small, so we find that many people choose half a size larger than in other brands. For example, if you wear size 38 in other brands, we recommend choosing size 38 2/3 in Hoka shoes. We recommend following our size guide below, which is based on how Hoka shoes fit.

Wide models are marked "wide" in the product name and are 3-4 mm wider in the upper.
