The midsole features a two-layer construction with responsive PEBA foam closest to the foot and a more stable base underneath. A carbon-fiber-reinforced Pebax® plate sits between the layers, adding propulsion and helping you move forward with every stride.

Combined with HOKA's Speed-Centric MetaRocker™, it creates a quick, efficient toe-off that comes into its own during tempo runs, intervals and fartlek sessions.

Lightweight, breathable upper

Mach X 3 has a lightweight warp knit upper that provides good ventilation even as the intensity increases. This version also features an updated, softer tongue, improved ventilation and a more comfortable collar for a more secure, comfortable fit.

Grip for fast miles

The outsole features durable rubber that provides reliable grip on the ground. This makes Mach X 3 an excellent choice for fast miles on roads and treadmills.
