Hoka Speedgoat 7 Women's

HOKA Speedgoat 7 – The icon, reimagined and improved

Speedgoat 7 has undergone a major update – and we dare say this is the best version yet of the trail-running icon.

New midsole with even more energy

The biggest update is in the midsole. For the first time, Speedgoat is equipped with SCF-EVA (supercritical foamed EVA), delivering an even more responsive and energetic ride. The familiar, generous cushioning is still here, of course – now with a lighter, livelier and bouncier foam that makes every step both more comfortable and more efficient.

Updated upper for improved comfort and durability

The upper is completely new and made from a more durable and comfortable material. The fit is just as reliable and secure as before, but with improved comfort throughout the foot. The updated heel counter also provides greater stability and a more secure footing on technical terrain.

Vibram® Megagrip – grip you can count on

The outsole features 5 mm Vibram® Megagrip lugs in an optimized pattern that delivers maximum grip on trails, gravel and slippery surfaces. The result is a secure, stable feel that lets you run with confidence, even when the terrain gets challenging.

For all types of trail running

The Speedgoat series continues to deliver across the board for trail running. Whether you run short or long distances, at an easy or fast pace, on technical trails or wide gravel roads, Speedgoat 7 is a reliable choice.
