Mount to Coast H1 Women's – Built for running on both roads and trails
Mount to Coast H1 is a versatile hybrid running shoe for runners who want to move freely between asphalt, gravel roads and easy trails. Combining responsive cushioning, durable materials and reliable grip, the H1 is designed for runners looking for a shoe that handles varied terrain without compromising on comfort or performance.
The shoe's CircleCELL™ midsole delivers well-balanced cushioning with high energy return and long-lasting durability. The material is also designed with sustainability in mind, using renewable raw materials to reduce environmental impact without compromising the running feel. The result is a soft yet responsive running experience that's just as suited to everyday training as it is to longer runs.
The outsole features VersaGrip™, which provides reliable grip on asphalt, gravel and easy trails. The 2 mm lugs ensure a smooth transition between road and trail, making the H1 an excellent choice for runners who often vary their routes across different surfaces.
The upper combines breathable jacquard mesh with durable woven material reinforced with aramid fibers for increased durability. Thanks to the TUNEDFIT™ Dual Lacing System, the fit can be adjusted separately across the forefoot and midfoot for a more personalized feel. It's also easy to adjust the shoe if your feet swell during longer runs.

A running shoe with the right fit is essential for both comfort and performance, especially during longer runs and ultradistances. Follow the steps below to measure your feet at home and find the right size.
Tips before measuring
Measure your feet in the evening, when they’re at their largest after a day of activity.
If your feet are different lengths, always go by the longer foot.
If you’re between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for the best comfort.
It’s a good idea to measure your feet once a year, as foot size can change over time.
You’ll need
A piece of paper larger than your foot
A pen or pencil
A ruler or measuring tape
The socks you plan to wear with the shoes
How to measure your feet
Place the paper on a flat floor and stand on it with both feet, wearing the socks you’ll use when running.
Mark your heel and the tip of your longest toe with a pen. Measure both feet, as they may differ in size.
Measure the distance between the heel mark and the toe mark in centimeters.
Compare your measurement with Mount to Coast’s size chart to find the right size.
If your measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit, especially on longer runs.
