Size guide – Mount to Coast
A running shoe with the right fit is essential for both comfort and performance, especially during longer runs and ultradistances. Follow the steps below to measure your feet at home and find the right size.
Tips before measuring
- Measure your feet in the evening, when they’re at their largest after a day of activity.
- If your feet are different lengths, always go by the longer foot.
- If you’re between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for the best comfort.
- It’s a good idea to measure your feet once a year, as foot size can change over time.
You’ll need
- A piece of paper larger than your foot
- A pen or pencil
- A ruler or measuring tape
- The socks you plan to wear with the shoes
How to measure your feet
- Place the paper on a flat floor and stand on it with both feet, wearing the socks you’ll use when running.
- Mark your heel and the tip of your longest toe with a pen. Measure both feet, as they may differ in size.
- Measure the distance between the heel mark and the toe mark in centimeters.
- Compare your measurement with Mount to Coast’s size chart to find the right size.
- If your measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit, especially on longer runs.
