Umara U Caffeine Effervescent

Umara U Caffeine Fizz

Awesome caffeine tablets in effervescent form. Each tablet is tasteless and provides 100mg of caffeine. Perfect for dropping into your sports drink bottle to give your drink an extra “kick” when you need to pick up the pace, or if you’ve simply spent a long time in the saddle or running/skiing and need a little mental support. A simple way to optimize your energy source with both carbohydrates + caffeine when needed.

100mg of caffeine is equivalent to the amount in a really strong cup of coffee. Or perhaps more like 1.5 regular cups of coffee, although a cup is a very vague measure. There’s a score line down the middle of each tablet, so you can easily dose half a tablet (50mg of caffeine) too.
