U-Gel Menthol is a smart choice for long runs, sweaty bike rides or intense indoor workouts where it feels like 30 degrees. This isn’t the flavor you might gulp down 3 per hour, but enjoy it as a refreshing change when the sweet flavors become hard to stomach. 

U Gel (30g carbohydrates) is a 50ml liquid gel with a carbohydrate composition of glucose (maltodextrin) and fructose in a 1:0.8 ratio. Each gel provides 30g of carbohydrates and electrolytes.

The gel has a runny consistency, which means there is no need to drink water when consuming it. The gel contains all four major electrolytes lost through sweating (Sodium, Potassium, Calcium and Magnesium) in a well-balanced amount.

Packaged in a handy size designed to fit neatly in both cycling pockets and running tights. The plastic tab remains attached to the packaging after opening, minimizing plastic waste in nature.

Developed by biomedical scientists and manufactured according to HACCP / GMP standards. All ingredients are approved by EFSA (European Food Safety Authority).
