UMARA U Gel Peach 12 x 30g carb

A box of U Gel (30g carbohydrates) contains a 50ml liquid gel with a carbohydrate composition of glucose (maltodextrin) and fructose in a 1:0.8 ratio. Each gel provides 30g of carbohydrates and electrolytes. Flavours marked with a + sign contain caffeine. This rule applies across our entire range, and for this product, the Forest Berry and Blackcurrant flavours each contain 30mg of caffeine.

The gel has a thin consistency, so there's no need to drink water when taking it. It contains all four major electrolytes lost through sweating (sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium) in a well-balanced amount.

Packaged in a handy sachet sized to fit comfortably in both cycling jersey pockets and running tights. The plastic tab remains attached to the sachet after opening, minimising plastic waste in nature.

Developed by biomedical scientists and manufactured according to HACCP / GMP standards. All ingredients are approved by EFSA (European Food Safety Authority).
