Umara U Gel Screw Cap 30g

A 50ml liquid gel with a carbohydrate composition of glucose (maltodextrin) and fructose at a ratio of 1:0.8. Each gel provides 30g of carbohydrates + electrolytes. The recommended dosage is 2-3 gels per hour, providing 60-90g of carbohydrates per hour. This of course does not apply to our 300ml raspberry refill gel, which contains 6 servings/gel.

The gel is easy to consume and therefore does not require drinking water when taking it. The gel contains all 4 major electrolytes that you lose through sweat (Sodium, Potassium, Calcium and Magnesium) in a well-balanced amount.
