UMARA U Hydrate

These are our delicious electrolyte tablets, made as effervescent tablets. Each tablet weighs 4g and contains sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium in amounts equivalent to what we lose through 0.5 litres of sweat.

U Hydrate is calorie-free and carbohydrate-free, and is suitable for training sessions when you want to train without energy. Or during sessions when you simply want a refreshing, tasty drink in your bottle.

Great for increasing the body's salt levels before longer training sessions. Mix 1 effervescent tablet per 500ml of water and drink 1-2 bottles the day before.

- Mix 1 U Hydrate effervescent tablet with 500ml of water. If you lose a lot of salts through sweat, you can mix 2 tablets in 500-750ml of water.

- 1 U Hydrate effervescent tablet is equivalent to 2 U Salty tablets (see related products)

- Each U Hydrate tablet contains a complete electrolyte profile with all the major electrolytes you lose through sweat.

- Scored down the middle so you can easily choose to take just 1/2 tablet if you want.

Each tablet contains: 

- 500mg Sodium (equivalent to 1,3g Salt)
- 80mg Potassium
- 25mg Calcium
- 15mg Magnesium

A light taste of strawberry / lime, lemon, red berries (forest berries) or tropical fruit (tropical fruit also contains 50mg of caffeine per tablet for an energizing effect). The flavours are also adapted to be mixed into our sports drinks. This way, you can find your own flavour combinations, such as elderflower/lemon and Lemonberry (why not give it a try).
