What causes the tingling sensation in my skin after drinking U Intend?
It’s a completely harmless and common effect of the amino acid Beta-Alanine. The tingling subsides once you start exercising, so get off the couch ;)
When should I drink U Intend?
It reaches its full effect after 45-60 minutes. For workouts/races shorter than 60 minutes, we therefore recommend drinking U Intend 60 minutes beforehand so that it has its full effect from the start. For longer races/competitions, you can drink it a little closer to the start to get the maximum effect later in your workout. For very long races, we recommend taking another serving after 3-4 hours.
Can I mix U Intend with sports drinks?
Yep. Grape works with most flavors. The rest of the possible flavor combinations are an experiment for you, so feel free to leave a review if it works.
The powder has hardened. Can I still use it?
Yes, but the ingredients are extremely sensitive to moisture and will harden more over time. We recommend crushing/pulverizing it with a fork or similar. The product works just the same.
