Why does my skin tingle after drinking U Intend?
This is a completely harmless and common effect of the amino acid Beta-Alanine. The tingling subsides once you start exercising, so get up off the sofa ;)
When should I drink U Intend?
It reaches its full effect after 45-60 minutes. For workouts/races shorter than 60 minutes, we therefore recommend that you finish your U Intend 60 minutes beforehand so you’re at full strength from the start. For longer races/competitions, you can drink it a little closer to the start and get the maximum effect a little later into your workout. For really long races, we recommend taking another serving after 3-4 hours.
Can I mix U Intend with a sports drink?
Yes. Grape works with most flavours. The rest of the possible flavour combinations are an experiment for you; feel free to leave a review if it worked.
The powder has hardened. Can I still use the tub?
Yes, although the ingredients are extremely sensitive to moisture and will harden more and more over time. We recommend crushing/grinding it with a fork or similar. The product works the same way.
