How big are U Recover Bar? 12cm long and 3cm wide, and weigh 50g each.

What's the texture like? They're soft and easy to chew, with a chocolate coating.

Can they withstand cold/heat? Yes, cold is fine, but if it gets too warm, the chocolate coating on the bar will melt, so eating it on the sofa at home after your workout is at your own risk.
