Have you worn Clifton before?
- Previous models in the Clifton range: Choose the same size as before.
- Clifton 9 GTX: If you went up half a size in Clifton 9 GTX, we recommend going back to your regular HOKA size in Clifton 11 GTX.
Are you new to HOKA?
We recommend choosing half a size larger than you normally wear in other running shoes. This gives your toes enough room and ensures a comfortable fit, especially on longer runs.
Fit: Regular. Clifton 11 GTX has a regular width and comfortably wraps around your foot without feeling tight. If you need extra room in the forefoot, we recommend choosing the Wide model.

The Hoka Clifton 11 GTX is a waterproof daily trainer that combines the renowned comfort of the Clifton series with effective protection from rain and wet surfaces. Featuring a GORE-TEX® Invisible Fit membrane, soft CMEVA cushioning and a lightweight construction, it's designed for runners who want to train in comfort all year round, whatever the weather.
What's new in the Clifton 11 GTX?
The latest version features an updated upper with a durable water-repellent treatment and an integrated GORE-TEX® Invisible Fit membrane that keeps feet dry without compromising fit or flexibility. The shoe also features a new quick-lacing system that makes it easy to put on and take off, improved reflective details for increased visibility, and an updated outsole with grippy rubber in the forefoot for better traction on wet surfaces.

Why choose the Hoka Clifton 11 GTX

The combination of low weight, effective cushioning and a waterproof GORE-TEX® membrane means you can keep training with dry, comfortable feet. The updated outsole also provides more reliable grip on wet surfaces, making the shoe just as useful for running as for walking and everyday wear.

Hoka size chart
Hoka shoes generally run a little small, so we find that many people choose half a size larger than in other brands. For example, if you wear size 38 in other brands, we recommend choosing size 38 2/3 in Hoka shoes. We recommend following our size guide below, which is based on how Hoka shoes fit.
Wide models
Wide models are marked "wide" in the product name and are 3-4 mm wider in the upper.
Most Hoka models fit quite similarly in length, but there are a few exceptions:
