Have you worn the Arahi before?
Arahi 7: Choose one size smaller. The Arahi 7 ran small.
Arahi 8: Choose one size larger. The Arahi 8 ran large.
Are you trying HOKA for the first time?
We recommend choosing half a size larger than you normally wear in other running shoes.
Fit
The Arahi 9 has a regular width and fit. If you need more room across the forefoot and in the toe box, we recommend the Wide model.

HOKA Arahi 9
Stability and comfort – without the traditional feel of a stability shoe.
HOKA Arahi 9 is the next generation of one of HOKA’s most popular stability shoes. It combines reliable guidance with soft cushioning and a smooth running feel, making it an excellent choice for both daily runs and walks.
The ninth version retains the much-loved support of its predecessor but has been updated with a new upper for an even better overall feel.
Stability with H-Frame™
The secret behind Arahi 9 lies in the midsole. HOKA’s improved H-Frame™ technology provides support on both sides of the foot and helps guide your stride naturally.
H-Frame™ is integrated into soft, comfortable EVA foam, creating a great balance between stability and cushioning. The result is a shoe that feels secure and stable without being unnecessarily stiff or bulky.
Updated, supportive upper
The new breathable mesh upper wraps around your foot and provides support where you need it most. At the same time, the shoe retains a lightweight, streamlined feel that works just as well over long distances as it does for everyday walks.
Everyday stability
Arahi 9 is for you if you’re looking for extra support and guidance in your stride but still want a soft, comfortable shoe. The combination of H-Frame™, comfortable cushioning and a clean design makes it a versatile model for both training and everyday wear.
